Hello, our holiday apartment is situated in Boldixum, a district of Wyk, located on the wonderful island of Foehr. You can rent it all over the year. The apartment is situated on the first floor of an old house, built in the typical north-German style with red Dutch clinker. The house is located on the road running from the center of Wyk to Boldixum. The Frisian church of Boldixum is in a distance of some hundred meters and even the harbour of Wyk and the sea-shore of Wyk can be reached by foot in an few minutes! The apartment has 52,7 qm and there are 3 bedrooms, a combined sitting and dining-room, a small kitchen and a small bathroom with a shower and WC. A washing- and drying-machine is available. The apartment has TV (overhouse aerial) and phone. The garden may be used too. The furniture is tasteful and comfortable. The apartment is well suitable for one, two, three or four persons. You can’t rent the apartment for less than 4 days. We excuse, but we can’t rent to other persons than to non-smokers. The apartment is not suitable for domestic animals.
In case, that you are seriously interested now, we beg you to contact us. Without delay we will inform you, whether the apartment is free in your prefered time. Immediately we will send you the tenancy-agreement, that becomes legally effective after having payed one third of the total rent-amount.
